Unresponsive note apps kill the flow, and can cause the destruction of the device.
Current touch interfaces are aim-and-point visual interfaces. Precision input requires extra attention, because targetting isn't crossed sampled over multiple sensory spaces: visual, tactile, haptic, etc.
